Yes. CIC can assess routine and periodic maintenance for commercial carpets and hard floors.

Carpet planning considers fibres, condition, traffic, spills, furniture access and available drying time. Hard-floor planning considers the material, coatings, finish, soil type, traffic, edges and equipment access.

Depending on the assessment, suitable work may include routine care, spot priorities, machine scrubbing, buffing or burnishing, extraction-style carpet cleaning, or strip-and-seal work on compatible floors. No method should be promised until the surface and site are assessed.
