What can be included in an office cleaning program?

An office program may include:

• workstations and shared work areas
• meeting and conference rooms
• reception and entry presentation
• kitchens, tea points and lunchrooms
• washrooms and agreed consumables
• vacuuming and routine hard-floor care
• internal glass and suitable window cleaning
• periodic carpet, floor and deep-cleaning work

Cleaning may be scheduled before work, after hours, overnight or on selected days. CIC confirms the task list, frequency and access arrangements during the site inspection.
