How does CIC define and manage the cleaning standard?

CIC starts with a site inspection and written task schedule. The scope should identify:

• which areas are included
• what tasks are required
• how often each task occurs
• the approved service window
• periodic and specialist work
• consumable and waste responsibilities
• exclusions and client dependencies
• reporting and escalation contacts

The scope should be reviewed when occupancy, layouts, operating hours or site priorities change. Issues and variations should be recorded and agreed rather than left as verbal assumptions.
