What should I do if our needs or facility change?

Contact CIC when there is a change to occupancy, layout, operating hours, access, room use, floor surfaces, presentation standards or required service frequency.

The team can review whether the existing scope still reflects the site. Extra work or variations should be agreed before being treated as part of the regular service.
