How are compliance reports created, exported and shared?

The app can turn structured inspection records into client-ready reports. The final layout and delivery process are configured around the agreed scope and may include:

  • the site, inspection period and checklist scope
  • summary counts for new, continuing, pending and cleared issues
  • priority or escalation items
  • detailed findings, photos and factual notes
  • action owners, target dates and close-out evidence
  • repeat-issue history and status changes
  • PDF, CSV or another agreed export format

Some clients may receive a scheduled report, while authorised users may have review-only access between reporting periods. Access should be limited to the people who need the information, and reports should be shared through the client's approved channel.

If a report appears incomplete or contains the wrong site, dates, evidence or recipients, do not send it onward. Contact the CIC team or your organisation's app administrator so the record and report configuration can be checked.
