What is the CIC compliance app and what can it track?

The CIC compliance app is a configurable field-inspection and reporting platform. It brings site checks, evidence, issue history and report outputs into one structured workflow instead of keeping them across paper forms, phone photos, emails and spreadsheets.

Depending on the agreed configuration, it can support:

• sites, properties, lots, assets or service areas
• inspection checklists and result categories
• photos, notes, timestamps, location data and inspector attribution
• new, continuing, pending and cleared issue states
• repeat-issue visibility and corrective-action history
• shared team access and review-only client access
• PDF, CSV and other agreed report outputs

CIC can carry out inspections as a managed service or assess a configuration for a client's own field team.
