How does the price-beat guarantee work?

CIC can review a comparable written cleaning scope and quote. The competing proposal must be assessed against equivalent tasks, frequencies, service windows, site conditions, inclusions and exclusions.

The guarantee is not an automatic discount against any advertised figure or verbal estimate. Send the written proposal to helpdesk@cicleaning.com.au or discuss it during the site inspection so CIC can confirm whether the services are genuinely comparable.
