What happens during a free site inspection?

CIC walks through the facility with you and reviews:

• work areas, kitchens, washrooms, entries and shared spaces
• traffic levels and presentation priorities
• routine and periodic cleaning requirements
• floors, carpets, glass and specialist-cleaning needs
• operating hours and the preferred service window
• keys, alarms, inductions, parking, lifts and restricted areas
• equipment access, storage, waste and consumables

After the inspection, CIC prepares a proposed cleaning scope and quote around the information collected. Existing scopes or floor plans are helpful but are not required for the first conversation.
