Useful information includes:

• the facility address and type
• approximate floor area or a floor plan, if available
• operating or trading hours
• occupancy, shifts and peak-use periods
• required service days and frequencies
• current problems or presentation priorities
• floor, carpet, glass and external-area requirements
• access, alarms, inductions and restricted zones
• an existing cleaning scope or quote, if one exists
